Cassandra M. Novak is the President and founder of SOS Consulting, the premier Human Resource Outsourcing firm in the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, and PA) specializing in a supreme selection of scalable, efficient, turnkey solutions. She founded SOS Consulting after working for one of the largest payroll companies in the US and both local and national PEOs. Novak saw the way in which prospective clients unproductively searched and purchased their Human Capital Vendor, so she established a single-source solution to research the marketplace strategically with one submission. SOS continues to work with our clients to educate, develop, and implement the most cost efficient solutions through unbiased research. Cassandra is registered with ethics.net.

Cassandra lives with her fiancé and two loveable kitties on the Jersey Shore. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach and utilizing her personal trainer certification for a wide variety of physical activities. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Organization (SHRM) and the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
